I believe that everyone has the power and inner strength to push through obstacles and create a brighter future for themselves. Coming to therapy can feel daunting at first. In practice, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and calming space where you can feel safe and truly heard.
Growing up, I was a quiet observer, deeply attuned to the emotions of those around me. I wanted to learn how to really help people not feel alone in their pain. This sensitivity naturally led me to the field. I now have a Masters in Social Work from Touro University, and am a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey.
Through my schooling and internships, I’ve worked with people in various life stages, including children, tweens, teens and adults. I have had the privilege of working with individuals from a
diverse range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, going through various life challenges. Everyone's healing journey is unique and has its own timeline; I will do my utmost to meet you where you are at, and support you along your journey.
In my free time, I enjoy music, dance and spending time outdoors with friends and family.
