Here to Support Your Growth
I’m a dedicated social worker with a Master’s degree from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, where I received in-depth training in evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and psychodynamic therapy. I thoughtfully integrate these methods to support emotional regulation and deeper self-awareness, always tailoring the process to each client’s unique needs and goals.
In my work with teenagers and adults, I’ve developed a style that is compassionate, attuned, and reflective. I see the therapeutic relationship as a mirror—offering not just insight, but clarity, self-compassion, and space for growth. Whether supporting someone through anxiety, relationship challenges, or emotional dysregulation, I bring a calm, grounded presence and a deep commitment to listening with intention and empathy.
Currently under the supervision of Moshe Bleich, LCSW, I continue to grow in my clinical skills while providing clients with a safe, supportive space to explore their inner world. I strive to meet each person exactly where they are—with warmth, honesty, and a deep belief in their capacity to heal and thrive.
