Asking for help isn't easy — it's also one of the bravest steps you can take. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and safe, no matter what season of life you're in. As a therapist, my goal is to offer a space where you can be fully yourself — whether that means sitting in silence, speaking freely, expressing frustration, or beginning the process of change.

I primarily work with teens, young adults, and adults, with a special passion for supporting parents navigating the challenges of raising children while trying to stay connected to themselves.

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, mood and eating disorders, as well as the often painful parts of personal growth — like low self-worth, self-harm, and the challenges of transitioning into adulthood. I also work with individuals recovering from sexual assault, and with those who simply feel stuck or disconnected from themselves.

Clients describe me as consistently empathetic, honest, and nonjudgmental. I view therapy as a collaborative process — we'll move at your pace and figure things out together.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I also integrate creative elements from art therapy, play therapy, and sports psychology when it aligns with your needs. Ultimately, my approach is grounded in authenticity and human connection. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to take off the mask and rediscover who we are underneath.

I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed School Social Worker in New Jersey.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy cooking, reading, staying active, and spending time with my family.
