I am a licensed social worker with clinical experience in trauma-informed care, child, and family therapy. My goal is to provide empathetic and effective therapeutic support to clients and their families. With a background in various clinical and macro settings, I aim to bring a wealth of knowledge and resources to private practice. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring personalized and holistic care based on my clients’ individualized needs. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where everyone can explore their feelings and experiences, fostering resilience and healing within. I am passionate about working with children, understanding their unique challenges, and am committed to helping them navigate their emotions and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Using play therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and other child-centered methods, I empower young clients to overcome obstacles and thrive. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Rutgers New Brunswick and obtained a minor in criminology during undergrad.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time in nature and am a recreational gymnastics instructor. I believe that balancing work and personal interests is crucial for overall well-being and encourage my clients to find their own sources of joy and relaxation.
