Compassionate, Culturally-Aware, Client-Centered

I’m a dedicated and compassionate mental health therapist committed to helping individuals work through life’s challenges and move toward lasting healing. I create a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported.

With years of experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, I tailor each therapeutic experience to meet your unique needs and goals. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My work emphasizes emotional resilience, self-empowerment, and mental wellness. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I'm also trained in DBT, EFT, interpersonal therapy, Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), play therapy, and art therapy.

As a Black female therapist, I bring a culturally attuned lens to my work, offering insight into the complexities of identity, race, and personal growth. I’m passionate about breaking down barriers to mental health care and believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship. It’s a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.
