Taking the first step to seek help is an act of courage and I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to provide empathetic and compassionate support tailored to your unique journey.

As a Licensed Social Worker in NJ, I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, with a minor in Cognitive Science. Alongside my Master’s, I obtained certification specializing in interpersonal violence and trauma. My educational and professional experiences have allowed me to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds as well as a diverse age range, including toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults.

I specialize in treating trauma, postpartum depression, adolescent moms, early relational health, anxiety, and depression, among others.

In my practice I use a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a strengths-based approach, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Brazelton Touchpoints when working with children. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space filled with empathy, where you can feel understood and empowered to work toward your goals. I believe every individual possesses unique strengths and skills to overcome challenges, and I am committed to taking a holistic, personalized approach tailored to your specific needs.

Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, travel, and exploring the restaurant scene. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and be a part of your journey toward healing and growth.
