A Space to Be Yourself
Asking for help isn’t easy—it’s also one of the bravest steps you can take. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and safe, no matter what season of life you're in. As a therapist, my goal is to offer a space where you can be fully yourself—whether that means sitting in silence, speaking freely, expressing frustration, or beginning the process of change.
I primarily work with teen to young adults and adults, with a special passion for supporting parents navigating the challenges of raising children while trying to stay connected to themselves.
With over a decade of experience, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, mood and eating disorders, as well as the often painful parts of personal growth—like low self-worth, self-harm, and the challenges of transitioning into adulthood. I also work with individuals recovering from sexual assault, and with those who simply feel stuck or disconnected from themselves.
Clients describe me as consistently empathetic, honest, and nonjudgmental. I view therapy as a collaborative process—we’ll move at your pace and figure things out together.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I also integrate creative elements from art therapy, play therapy, and sports psychology when it aligns with your needs. Ultimately, my approach is grounded in authenticity and human connection. I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to take off the mask and rediscover who we are underneath.
Whether you’re ready or just starting to consider therapy, I’m here to walk beside you—not ahead or behind, but with you.
I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College, fulfilling a dream I’ve had since fifth grade. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed School Social Worker in New Jersey. This work has always felt like the right fit, and I continue to find purpose in helping people work through the tough stuff.
Outside of sessions, I enjoy cooking, reading, staying active, and spending time with my family. These moments help me recharge—and I bring that same grounded energy into my work with clients.
